TEGASA gets its own laboratory in its facilities in Valls (Tarragona). With qualified staff and highly instrumental of last technology, it carries out an exhaustive quality control from the entrance of raw material to the exit of the finished product.

Our laboratory is an indispensable tool to reach a perfect control of quality of the raw materials that we used, as well as of our finished products.

In our laboratory we analyze a great number of physico-chemical and microbiological parameters. We have more than 100 techniques based on official and/or validated methods, with a specialized human staff and ample instruments.

We apply technology N.I.R for the obtaining of fast and trustworthy results. A large data base obtained by humid route grows and strengthens our calibrations constantly.

We realize I+D+I collaborating with the Technical Department in the development of new products to cover the needs OF the market.
